(A) A set fee per day will be charged for the storage of motor vehicles that are impounded. The total accumulated fee charged will not exceed the set maximum per fee schedule. Vehicles that have been impounded will not be released until the storage fees and tow bill have been paid in full. Storage fees will not be assessed until after the day if impound and 48 hours have passed.
(B) All fees are set annually by the City Council.
