§ 150.04 BUILDING CODE OPTIONAL CHAPTERS.
   The Minnesota Building Code , established pursuant to M.S. §§ 16B.59 to 16B.75, as they may be amended from time to time, allows the city to adopt by reference and enforce certain optional chapter of the most current edition of the Minnesota State Building Code.
