§ 33.01 SANITARY INSPECTOR.
   There is hereby created a Sanitary Inspector in and for the city. The Chief of Police shall serve as Sanitary Inspector and shall make inspections as are necessary or as may be required by the City Council, the Board of Health or the ordinances of this city.
