§ 130.07 INJURY TO SURVEY MONUMENTS.
   No person shall willfully or maliciously displace, remove, injure or destroy any trees, rocks, post markers or other monument which has been erected or marked for the purpose of designating a point in the boundary of the city, or for any tract, block or lot of land in the city or any mark or inscription thereon.
