§ 130.05 WITHHOLDING POSSESSION OF PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   (A)   No person shall take possession of any property, real or personal, belonging to the city, trespass therein, or unlawfully withhold possession thereof from the city.
   (B)   The unlawful holding of property after demand therefore shall be deemed a new and separate offense for every day possession is withheld after the demand.
