§ 130.01 INJURY TO PROPERTY.
   No person shall, by any agency or means, willfully trespass upon, tamper with, remove, displace, injure or damage or destroy any mark, sign, signal or real or personal property or anything of value whatsoever without the consent of the owner or person lawfully in control thereof.
