§ 32.15 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   All fire apparatus belonging to or operated by the Fire Department of the city whenever attending a fire or an alarm of fire, shall have the exclusive right of way on any and all of the streets and alleys of the city; all persons driving vehicles of any kind upon the approach of any Fire Department vehicle giving audible signals by bell, siren or by the use of flashing red or amber lights shall immediately drive the same entirely off the center of the road to a position as near as possible to the right-hand edge or curb of the highway, clear of any intersection or highway, and stop in that position, unless otherwise directed by a police or traffic officer, until the Fire Department vehicles have passed.
