§ 123.98 VIOLATION.
   (A)   No person, firm, partnership, corporation or other entity shall knowingly or intentionally engage in or cause to be advertised or allow on their premises adult uses as defined herein.
   (B)   Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or other entity violating this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
