§ 117.03 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CAR WASH, AUTOMOBILE WASH or AUTOMOBILE WASHING ESTABLISHMENT.
      (1)   A premise used primarily for the washing of automobiles.
      (2)   It shall not include garages, or filling stations, where the washing of automobiles is merely incidental to the business; nor premises is used for a short and intermittent period of time.
