Every license granted hereunder shall be subject to the following conditions and requirements:
(A) No license shall be issued for the conduct of business in any business not equipped with running water, toilets and washrooms, for the accommodations of employees and guests;
(B) No accumulations of garbage, or other waste shall be permitted on the premises; all garbage shall be disposed of, in a sanitary manner, daily;
(C) All refrigerators and ice boxes shall be cleaned and purified at least every 3 days;
(D) Floors shall be smooth and free from crevices in which dirt or filth may accumulate, and shall be cleaned daily;
(E) Tableware and dishes used in the conduct of the business shall be sterilized after being used;
(F) Kitchen and dining room shall be screened, and protected from flies, mice, rats and other vermin. Rooms used in the preparation of food shall be light, airy, clean and sanitary;
(G) All equipment used in dispensing malt beverages shall be sterilized at least once a week;
(H) No person afflicted with any communicable disease shall be employed in any capacity in any place licensed hereunder;
(I) Every place licensed for the sale of malt beverage on the premises shall be equipped with separate toilets and wash rooms for men and women; and
(J) The premises shall be kept clean and sanitary, and shall comply with all regulations of the Board of Health and all ordinances of the city as to sanitation, cleanliness and prevention of disease.
