(A) Every place of business licensed hereunder shall be open to inspection at all times during business hours by the Sanitary Inspector, Health Officer or other member of the Board of Health.
(B) The Sanitary Inspector shall inspect each place so licensed once every 3 months, and if upon the inspection it shall appear that the requirements of this chapter and the regulations of the Board of Health are not complied with, he or she shall report thereon to the County/State health Department.
