§ 114.06 DAMAGES AND REPAIRS.
   (A)   Any person causing damage to the city streets, alleys or other public property as a result of moving, shall repair the same to the satisfaction and approval of the Street Commissioner.
   (B)   Upon failure to do so, after reasonable notice, the Street Commissioner shall cause all repairs to be made as are necessary at expense of the licensee.
