(A) Any aggrieved person may appeal the Director of Community Development’s decision to the City Council by filing a notice of appeal with the City Clerk/Treasurer within 48 hours of oral or written notification of the Director’s decision, whichever occurs first.
(B) The notice of appeal shall be on a form provided by the City Clerk/Treasurer and shall state the reasons why the appellant believes that the decision does not comply with the provisions of this chapter, and shall set forth the relief requested.
(C) The appeal shall be heard and decided by the City Council at its first regular or adjourned regular meeting on or after the day following the filing of the notice of appeal. The City Council’s decision shall be final.
