§ 101.25 ACTION ON PERMIT APPLICATION.
   (A)   The Director of Community Development shall approve or deny an application permit within 2 working days after receipt of the application.
   (B)   If the Director finds that grounds for denying the permit pursuant to § 101.26 below do not exist, he or she shall approve the application.
