§ 30.13 CITY CLERK/TREASURER.
   There is hereby created the position of City Clerk/Treasurer. The City Clerk/Treasurer shall act as Clerk and City Treasurer and provide an annual city audit. The Clerk/Treasurer shall also perform all functions as directed by the City Council or this chapter.
