(A) Any wood pile in existence as of the effective date of this subchapter, which does not comply with the provisions of this subchapter must be removed or placed in compliance with the provisions of this subchapter within 90 days of adoption of this subchapter, or upon written notice to comply by the Building Official and Fire Marshal.
(B) The notice shall be in writing and shall be served upon the property owner either in person or by mail.
