§ 94.29 TREE PLANTING, MAINTENANCE AND REMOVAL.
   (A)   No species may be planted on public property within the City of Osakis without prior written permission of the Tree Board.
   (B)   Prior to the Tree Board action, it shall review all request for planting to assure that the species is appropriate.
   (C)   The Tree Board shall submit written reports to the City Council on those matters of special requests by the Council prior to taking official action.
