§ 94.26 TERM OF OFFICE.
   (A)   The term of the members approved by the City Council shall be 3 years, except that the term of two of the members appointed to the first Tree Board shall be for only 1 year and the term of 2 members of the first Tree Board shall be 2 years.
   (B)   In the event a vacancy shall occur during the term of any member, his or her successor shall be appointed for the unexpired portion of the term.
