§ 94.25 AUTHORITY AND POWER.
   There is hereby created and established a City Tree Board for the City of Osakis which shall consist of 5 members, citizens and residents who shall be appointed by the City Council Members of the Board shall serve without compensation and must be from within the post office mailing address of Osakis. The City Engineer and the City Street Superintendent are members.
