In the event the property owner shall fail to comply within 7 regular business days the City Council or designee may employ the services of city employees or outside contractors and remove the weeds to conform to this subchapter by all lawful means. The property owner has the right to appeal abatements by the city to the City Council within 48 hours of such abatement.
