(A) No person shall park a motor vehicle between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. on any day on the above for a longer period of time than designated in areas where parking time is limited by posted notice.
(B) The Police Department or authorized representative of the city is hereby authorized to remove the vehicle from the street and to store the same for the owner thereof.
(C) The removal and storage charge shall be paid by the owner, or designated representative prior to the release of the vehicle.
(D) If the removal and storage charges remain unpaid for 10 days following removal, the vehicle will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of in accordance with M.S. Ch. 168B, as it may be amended from time to time.
(E) All emergency vehicles, city vehicles and vehicles owned by any utility company shall be exempt from these parking restrictions.
