Every person riding a bicycle upon the streets or alleyways of the city shall have all the rights and duties of the rights of a vehicle except as to provisions of this chapter, which by their nature, cannot have application to bicycles and shall have bicycle equipped with reflectors, brakes and other equipment as may be required by state law.
