(A) No person shall drive and no owner shall cause or knowingly permit to be driven, on any street or alley in the city any vehicle or combination of vehicles having any objects suspended from the inside rear view mirror or suspended from, or affixed to any portion of the forward interior part of the vehicle between the driver and the windshield.
(B) Provided that the stickers which may be required by law may be affixed to the windshield shall not be in contrary to this chapter.
