§ 70.33 MUFFLERS.
   Every motor vehicle or motorcycle shall use a muffler which shall be sufficient to deaden the sound of the exhaust and the muffler shall not be disconnected or cut out while the motor vehicle or motorcycle is being operated upon any street or highway or avenue or alleyway within the city.
