§ 70.29 UNAUTHORIZED SIGNS.

(A) Place, maintain or display any unauthorized sign, signal, marking or device imitating, resembling or hiding an official traffic control device, a railroad sign or signal; or

(B) Place or maintain, or display any light or sign, signal or lighting device in a way so as to interfere with the effectiveness of any highway traffic control device or signal or device used in the operation of the railroad.
