(A) All signs, signals, markings, placed by the city shall conform to the standards prescribed by the Commissioner of Highways and whenever so required by law shall be so placed only with the expressed approval and authorization from the Commissioner.
(B) No person shall disobey the instructions of any official traffic control device placed within the City of Osakis by the State Highway Department or the city unless the time otherwise directed by a police officer.
