§ 70.08 TRUCK RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   The City Council by resolution may designate streets on which travel by commercial vehicles in excess of 9-tons’ gross weight is prohibited.
   (B)   The City Engineer shall erect appropriate signs on those streets.
   (C)   No person shall operate a commercial vehicle on those posted streets in violation of the restrictions stated.
