§ 70.07 UNREASONABLE BREAKING DEFINED.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   UNREASONABLE BREAKING. Breaking, not in the course of making an emergency stop, in a manner so as to cause squealing or screeching sound by the tires of the vehicle or the throwing of sand or gravel by the tires of the vehicle or both.
