§ 70.06 UNREASONABLE ACCELERATION DEFINED.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   UNREASONABLE ACCELERATION. Any acceleration which is not the result of an emergency and it is in a manner so as to cause squealing or screeching sound by the tires of the vehicle or the throwing or sand or gravel by the tires of the vehicle or both.
