§ 70.04 SPEED LIMITS.
   (A)   No person shall drive a vehicle within the City of Osakis at a rate of speed in excess of 30 mph.
   (B)   Provided, however, that at any place within the city where a higher or lower speed limit has been duly and lawfully indicated with appropriate traffic devices, no person shall drive a vehicle in excess of the rate so set.
