(a) Reimbursement of Expenses for Clean-Up. Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3745.13, any person responsible for causing or allowing an unauthorized spill, release or discharge of a hazardous material into or upon the environment shall be responsible to and teimburse the Village for the necessary and reasonable, additional or extraordinary costs expended by the Village to alleviate such a hazardous material incident.
(b) Adoption of Cost Recovery Guidelines by Reference. The Hazardous Materials Cost Recovery Guidelines attached to original Resolution 99-11-1R, passed November 9, 1999, are hereby adopted by reference as if fully set forth herein.
