1410.04 PLACEMENT; VISIBILITY; COST.

All numbers shall be placed upon the houses and buildings assigned in the center of the top step riser, or upon the door or beside the door so that they are clearly visible from the street front. The cost of the numbers and their installation shall be borne by the owner of the house or building.
