1024.04 STREET TREE PLANS REQUIRED.

Any new street developed by a private developer and dedicated to the Village shall have a street tree plan approved by the Tree Board. As an alternative, the developer may permit the Tree Board to develop the street plans with the cost of all trees to be paid by the developer.
