860.99   PENALTY.
   (a)   Except as otherwise provided herein, whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense.  A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
   (b)   Whoever violates Section 860.02 or 860.06(a) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
   (c)   Whoever violates Section 860.07(a)(1) is a delinquent child and is subject to an order of disposition under Ohio R.C. 2151.355(A)(8)(a), which order of disposition shall require the child to pay a fine as described in Ohio R.C. 2151.3512(B).
   (d)   Whoever violates Section 860.07(a)(2) is a delinquent child and is subject to an order of disposition under Ohio R.C. 2151.355(A)(8)(a), which order of disposition shall require the child to pay a fine as described in Ohio R.C. 2151.3512(E).
   (e)   Whoever violates Section 860.07(b)(1) or (2) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.  (ORC 3730.99)
