(a) 23 South Maple Street. No person shall stand or park a motor vehicle, whether used for commercial or personal use, the gross weight of which, with load, is less than or equal to three tons, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or while obeying the directions of a police officer or a traffic control device, for a period of more than two consecutive hours, on the east side of South Maple Street, in front of the real property and premises commonly described as and located at 23 South Maple Street, now occupies by Orwell Golden Dawn.

(b) Key Bank Building. Parking is hereby prohibited on the south side of Maple Street in front of the Key Bank Building during banking hours.

(c) Penalty. Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
