Ordinance 460, passed January 8, 1985, adopted a Policy Manual for employees of the Village. The Manual was revised and re-adopted by Ordinance 09-07-02, passed September 8, 2009, and was further amended by Ordinance 09-10-01, passed October 13, 2009, Ordinance 10-10-01, passed October 12, 2010, Ord. 12-08-02, passed August 14, 2012, Ord. 12- 08-01, passed August 21, 2012, Ord. 12-12-01, passed December 11, 2012, Ord. 12-11-02, passed January 15, 2012, Ord. 13-07-04, passed September 19, 2013, Ord. 13-11-01, passed November 19, 2013, Ord. 15-03-02, passed May 19, 2015, Ord. 20-02-01, passed February 18, 2020 and Ord. 21-01-01, passed January 26, 2021. This Manual provides for benefits and other incidents of employment. The provisions of this chapter, therefore, apply only to those persons and those subjects not otherwise provided for in such Manual. Copies of the Manual, as amended, may be obtained, at cost, at the Village Hall.
Resolution 09-02-01R, passed February 10, 2009, indicated that the Village will implement a basic level 1 Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Drug Free Workplace Program.
