The permit procedures and all relevant documents pertaining thereto, which shall be used for anyone seeking a permit within the Village, shall be in a form or forms adopted by Council, by majority vote of Council, as may be amended from time to time, and shall be on file with the Clerk- Treasurer of the Village, accessible and available to the general public for use and review.
