CHAPTER 242
Division of Police Protection
   EDITOR'S NOTE:  Ordinance 407, passed June 19, 1981, designated the Village Police Manual, adopted rules, regulations and policies for the Division of Police Protection.  Copies of the Police Manual, as amended, may be obtained, at cost, at the Village Hall.The Division of Police Protection enters into agreements from time to time with other municipalities in Ashtabula County for mutual aid.  Copies of the latest relevant legislation, and agreements, may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk–Treasurer.The Division of Police Protection is sometimes referred to in these Codified Ordinances as the Police Department.
