(a) This policy shall be re-evaluated as required to determine whether all aspects of the policy are current and applicable in the current business environment.
(b) Periodic reviews shall include an assessment of which accounts are covered.
(c) As part of the review, red flags may be revised, replaced, or eliminated, and new red flags may be defined.
(d) Responses to fraudulent activity maybe revised to reduce potential harm to village personnel, service providers, and customers.
