2-6-4: PROCEDURES:

The Land Use Hearing Examiner may set his/her own procedural rules for the conduct of hearings and submission of evidence. Said rules shall be consistent with the requirements of due process and shall otherwise comply with applicable State and Municipal law. (Ord. 707, 1-8-1998)
