No special study is required for the following alteration proposals:
A. Alterations that are exempt from the provisions of this chapter as set forth in section 11-1-4 of this title; and
B. A residential building permit for a lot that was subject to a previous special study of critical areas; provided, that the previous special study adequately identified the impacts associated with the current alteration proposal. (Ord. 2016-985, 7-13-2016)
