7-2-11: APPEAL OF THE DECISION OF THE HEARING OFFICER; PRIVATE PROPERTY:
The decision of the hearing officer shall be considered final, unless a written notice of appeal is filed with a court of competent jurisdiction no later than ten (10) days after issuance of the order of the hearing officer. (Ord. 2017-1004, 2-8-2017)
