3-10-6: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
It is unlawful and constitutes a misdemeanor for any person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter and any person convicted of such violation shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 929, 5-30-2012)
