529.09 POSSESSION OF LIQUOR PROHIBITED ON PARK OR SCHOOL PROPERTY.

(a) No person shall have in his possession any container of beer or intoxicating liquor on the premises of any public park or on the premises of any school.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
