523.02 THEFT OF UTILITY SERVICE.

No person shall knowingly consume any electricity or water that has not been correctly registered because a meter, conduit or attachment of the utility has been tampered with as defined in Section 523.01, or knowingly use service that has been discontinued by the utility and reconnected without the utility's consent.
