   505.27 HARBORING OF BEES AS A NUISANCE; ABATEMENT NOTICE.
   (a)   It is hereby declared a nuisance for any person to keep or harbor bees which cause unreasonable annoyance to other persons.
 
   (b)   Upon investigation and determination being made by the Safety-Service Director, he is hereby authorized to notify the owner or keeper of such bees to abate such nuisance within ten days after being notified thereof.
