374.01 SKATEBOARD DEFINED.

"Skateboard" shall, without limitation, include any vehicle or device consisting basically of a board or platform mounted on wheels or rollers whether powered by gravity, muscle power, mechanical or motorized means, which is not equipped with a positive, mechanical means of steering such vehicle or device.
