151.10 INITIATION FEES AND MEMBERSHIP DUES IN ASSOCIATIONS.

(a) No expenditure of Municipal funds shall be made to pay individual initiation fees or membership dues for any person to any association, club, society or professional organization unless the approval of the Mayor shall first be obtained.

(b) Subsection (a) hereof shall not apply to members of Council or its employees.

(c) No expenditure of Municipal funds shall be made to pay individual initiation fees or membership dues for any member of Council or its employees unless the approval of the President of Council shall first be obtained.
