151.09 TRAVEL EXPENSES.
   (a)   All travel by City officers or employees to places outside the City for the purpose of attending meetings, conventions or schools or carrying out other City business requiring such travel, shall be approved by the official to whom this authority is delegated.
   (b)   Written application shall be made to the proper official for permission to travel showing the purpose of the trip, the destination and the duration of the travel.
   (c)   The President of Council shall approve his own travel and that of Council and its employees. All other travel must be approved by the Mayor or his designated representative.
