(a) Full-time Employees. All full-time employees of the City excluding Police Department personnel are entitled to twelve paid holidays per year as follows: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4 (Independence Day), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving Day, day before Christmas or the day after Christmas as determined by the Administration, Christmas Day, and two personal holidays.

(b) Police Department Personnel. All full-time employees of the Police Department are entitled to fourteen holidays per year as follows: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4 (Independence Day), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving Day, day before Christmas, Christmas Day and three personal days.
